Hope you can join us again this year for the 6th Annual Dads Appreciating Down Syndrome DADS) Golf Outing to benefit the Down Syndrome community. This event sold out last year so please act fast to secure your spot for a day of fun and fundraising to promote awareness about individuals with Down Syndrome and support our DADS community outreach program.
To register for this event complete the attached registration form (form-fillable PDF or hand written) and return it with your check made payable to “DADS of Southeast Michigan” by June 30th to receive the early bird special of $100/Golfer. Registrations mailed after June 30th, please pay the regular price of $110/Golfer. Checks for Golf, Dinner Guest(s), and Hole Signs should be made payable to “D.A.D.S. of Southeast Michigan” and mailed before June 30th to:

Gold, Silver, and Hole-In-One Event sponsorships are available, please contact me for details. Business and Personal Hole signs are $100 each, no limit. Non-golfers can join the fun by attending the Dinner, Silent Auction, and Raffle. Simply include the number of adult “Dinner Only”(@$30ea.), “Kids 12-17” (@$12ea.) and “Kids under 12” (@$0ea.,free Mac & cheese) sections of the registration form.
